I was never able to actually talk to a technician, just the people who were answering the phones. The technician did seem fine when he came out.

We set up an appointment and they didn't come (this was back in June, just getting around to reviewing). I phoned the next day and the secretary said they had come but we were out. Actually we were not out. The secretary said they had knocked. We were home and didn't hear the doorbell ring. It is true that we often don't hear if someone is knocking but that's why there's a big doorbell by the door. I also asked why they didn't call us when it looked like we were out and she said they did. Then I pointed out that my phone had no message and no missed call and she said that actually, they tried to call, but couldn't because the contractor didn't have cell signal. (This is possible if they use Sprint which doesn't work near my home, but all the other cell carriers are good, and the company never reached out to me later I had to phone in the next day. Also didn't leave a note on the door. So I suspect they just didn't show or they went to the wrong address.)

They are extremely reliable. The only challenge is that forms need to be sent, signed, and scanned over email, which takes up my time. Would prefer either an online checkout or conduct credit card transactions over the phone. However, they're pleasant and reliable folks. I'll use them again.

They are very well known in the area. They are very reliable. We spent under $200.00 and over $100.00. Every time we have a problem, we call them. They have been out there for almost 50 years. They come when you call. They are very efficient and very pleasant. Their prices keep going up. It's not like 50 years ago. I have no comparison on the price. It's not as cheap as it used to be, but it's probably keeping with what's happening out there so I don't really know.

From the person who took my call to the end result of the services provided - the hornet's and their nest are gone - I was quite pleased with Nardy Pest Control and will recommend using this company. Finally the bill was at the lower range of the estimate!

The experience with Nardy has been good. They were very good at discovering the problem and they completely cleaned it up. I have an annual contract with them at $55 a month. They come every month to double check and prevent any more problems. They have been very responsive and are always sharp on time.

THE REPRESENTIVE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE GAVE INFORMATION ON HOW LONG I NEEDED TO STAY OUT OF MY HOME AFTER THE EXTERMINATION AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET RID OF THE CRICKETS.

I HAVE ALWAYS USED NARDY PEST CONTROL CAUSE THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT THEIR WORK. THEY ARE RELIABLE, HONEST AND VERY PROMPT IN GETTING HERE WHEN I NEED THEM.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THIS COMPANY ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND I THINK THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO THE SERVICE CALL AND THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY AND THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHERE TO LOOK AND WHERE TO SPRAY. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. NOT A DAY WENT BY THAT HE DID NOT GET A RACCOON. THEY CAME OVER EVERYDAY UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED. THEY ARE A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEIR WORK.
